Get a read on your business

"How did today go?", "how are response times trending?", "how is customer sentiment this month?" — answered from your live workspace data.

Find people, build audiences

Pull up a contact, list every Instagram lead this week, or spin up a segment of active WhatsApp leads from the last 7 days.

Dig into conversations

Find messages mentioning "refund", surface past sessions about shipping delays, or recall exactly what you told the last customer who asked about returns.

Change the workspace

Create a label in red, add an "Order ID" custom field, draft a WhatsApp template, or list your canned responses — all by asking.

Grounded

Answers in your words, not invented.

Your policies come from your Knowledge Base. Product how-tos come from Cloodot’s helpdocs. Drafts use those same sources, ready for you to review and reuse.

Grounded in your knowledge base

"What do we tell customers about refunds?" is answered from your actual policies — not guesswork, and never invented.

It knows the product, too

"How do I set up a workflow?" is answered straight from the Cloodot helpdocs, so your team gets the real steps in the same chat.

Drafts you can reuse

Ask for a reply or a WhatsApp template and it comes back sourced from your content, already on-message — you review, then reuse.

Actions, inline

A progress indicator reads "Running actions (2/5)" while it works, then "5 actions completed" when it's done. Nothing happens off-screen.

Open any step

Click an action to expand it and see the exact inputs Copilot used and the data it got back — the review the tips page asks for.

Only what you can see

Copilot reads and acts within your own permissions. It's a faster way to reach your data, never a way around who's allowed to.

Extend

Plug in the rest of your stack.

Connect Shopify and Meta Ads in a click, bring your own MCP server, or add Skill Sets for the work only your business does. Manage every connection in one place.

One-click integrations

Shopify and Meta Ads connect through OAuth with zero configuration — click Connect and Copilot starts using their tools.

Bring your own MCP server

For anything else, add a server by name and URL, pick the authentication and transport, and toggle it on — CRM, billing, or an internal API.

Manage it all in one table

Every server shows its URL, auth type, and status. Toggle, edit, or delete from one place, and disable what you no longer use.

Copilot, in plain terms.

Who can use Copilot?
Admins and owners only. Copilot is the sparkle icon in the left sidebar — if you don't see it, ask a workspace admin for access. It only ever sees data you already have permission to see, so it isn't a workaround for access controls.
Is Copilot the same as the AI agent?
No — they sit on opposite sides of the glass. The AI agent chats with your customers and resolves conversations on its own. Copilot works with you, inside the workspace: it answers your questions, builds segments, drafts replies and templates, and changes settings on ask. Copilot never talks to customers.
How do I ask Copilot something?
Type it into the message box in plain language and hit Enter — no special syntax. "Summarize the last 10 conversations about refunds", "how many WhatsApp messages are still waiting for a reply?", or "create a segment of active WhatsApp leads from the last 7 days" all work. Ask one thing at a time and follow up; Copilot remembers context within the same session.
How do I connect my own tools?
Turn on one-click integrations for Shopify or Meta Ads from Copilot settings, or add any MCP server with a name, URL, authentication (None, Bearer Token, OAuth, or Custom Header) and transport (Auto, SSE, or Streamable HTTP). Add Skill Sets for actions specific to your business, like 'check order status' or 'book a demo'.
Does asking Copilot change my inbox or data?
Copilot makes the changes you ask for and shows each action inline so you can check its work — a progress indicator while it runs, then a tidy "5 actions completed". Clearing the chat with the trash icon only clears your view; it never touches your inbox, contacts, or workspace data.
