What counts as an incoming message?
One credit is drawn each time the AI agent answers a customer. Messages your team answers themselves, outgoing replies, and internal notes draw nothing — you are metered on the work the agent does, not on inbox traffic. Replies generated at a higher intelligence tier draw proportionally more credits, so a plan lasts as long as the model you pointed at it.
What happens if I run out mid-month?
Nothing breaks and nothing auto-upgrades. Buy a one-off credit pack from Settings → Billing and it stacks on top of the monthly allowance for the rest of the period. If you find yourself topping up every month, the next plan up is cheaper than the packs.
Are campaign messages the same as incoming messages?
No — they are metered separately. Campaign messages cover outbound template sends to a segment. Meta's own per-conversation WhatsApp charges are billed to you by Meta and are not included in the Cloodot plan price.
Do you charge per seat?
No. Each plan includes a number of active members — the people who can work the inbox — and the price does not change with how much any of them uses it. Enterprise sets the seat count with you.
Can I switch plans or cancel?
Any time, from Settings → Billing. Upgrades take effect immediately with the new allowances; downgrades and cancellations run to the end of the period you have already paid for.
What does the annual plan change?
Only the price and the billing cadence — the features and the monthly allowances are identical. Annual billing is charged once for the year at a discount on twelve monthly payments.
Can I keep my existing WhatsApp number?
Yes. We migrate your existing WhatsApp Business number from your current provider in place — no new number and no downtime for the people already messaging you.
When does Enterprise make sense?
When the volume is past Growth, when you need audit logs or an uptime SLA in writing, or when procurement needs a contract rather than a card. Talk to sales and we will size the plan against your real message volume.
