5. Access to the client's premises:

The client agrees to provide adequate access to the premises for scheduled services.

6. Inspection:

The client reserves the right to inspect all work. The contractor shall promptly correct any work not meet expectations.

7. Condition of Premises:

The contractor shall keep the premises clean and remove debris during work hours.

8. Use of Utilities:

The client grants the contractor the use of water and power on the premises at no cost.

9. Insurance:

The contractor shall maintain the required insurance covering employees, property damage, and third-party bodily injury during the contract term.

10. Relationship of Parties:

The client hires the contractor as an independent contractor. No partnership or employer-employee relationship is established.

11. Termination:

Either party may terminate for failure to perform obligations. Notice shall be given, and if not cured within [number of days], remedies may be sought.

12. Confidentiality:

The contractor shall not disclose confidential client information. This provision continues after contract termination.

13. Limitation of Liability:

Neither party is liable for special, indirect, or consequential damages. This includes loss of profit, revenue, or service failure.

14. Indemnification:

The contractor agrees to indemnify the client for damages arising from the contractor's negligence.

15. Arbitration:
